Jimboys Comes to Marysville The old site of Wendy's Hamburgers will become the new home to Jimboys Taco Restaurant at the corner of Second and E Streets. Owned by Ruben Gonzalez, Jr., and his parents, Ruben and Maria Gonzalez, whom also own a Jimboy's in Folsom. Serving Mexican food, the restaurant plans to be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Gonzalez family has owned the Jimboy's in Folsom for three years. Ruben has been looking for about a year to start another restaurant and was excited when he heard about the opportunity in Marysville. The restaurant is expected to be open sometime in May. They plan to hire 15 to 18 employees initially. |
