Primary economic Impacts for Yuba
County and the region:
- A
third of a million people will attend concerts during the inaugural
season
- By
next year Yuba County will receive a projected increase of $55,000
in property taxes as a direct result of the development

With 300-700 employees per concert, the Sleep Train Amphitheatre
will add $100,000 in wages to the local economy

next year concession sales will result in $30,000 in sales taxes to

million due to direct local revenue, visiting performers, and

Booth to give attendees information about additional local fairs and

R was passed by Yuba County voters in 1998 by over 80 percent of the
voters allowing for entertainment-related zoning of 1,000 acres; the
BGP Amphitheatre uses about 90 acres of this amount
- The
Amphitheatre is a $25 million construction project that took 12
months of an aggressive work schedule to complete
- The
Amphitheatre is a Bill Graham Presents Project that was purchased
for $65 million by SFX Entertainment, and then merged with Clear
Channel Communication for $4.4 billion; Currently, the Bill Graham
Presents name is being preserved due to an outcry from the City of
San Francisco

Amphitheatre can currently accommodate 18,500 people which can be
expanded with additional road improvement projects
- The
first concert season is expected to include over 30 performers that

Miller Band
- 400,000
cubic yards of dirt were moved to create a 48’ hill, 4,000 cubic
yards of concrete were poured, 25 miles of underground conduit
installed
