a facility location decision. You need to know the best way to take advantage
of
Energy Rate Analysis
First, let us know what your natural gas and electric requirements will be. We
can provide you with customized rate analysis to help you evaluate your costs
and buying options based on the estimated energy use of your particular
facility. Then, when you have identified specific sites, we will provide
detailed cost and reliability analysis, including electric and gas service
configurations, specific electric and gas rate options and any service

Energy
Efficiency
We know that our customers remain interested in the efficient use of energy;
that's why we sponsor the Savings
By Design Program. Savings by Design is an
energy-efficiency program targeted at owners and designers of new commercial
and industrial buildings and provides incentives for making structures as energy-efficient
as possible. The Commercial/Industrial Energy Audit program offers
a full range of professional technical assistance to educate customers on
reducing energy consumption and lowering their energy bills by installing
cost-effective energy efficiency measures in their existing buildings. The program provides recommendations based on
the customer’s specific equipment and building characteristics. The Standard
Performance Contract program offers cash incentives
for custom-designed energy savings retrofits of existing business
facilities. Incentives are paid based on
the kilowatt-hours of electricity or therms of natural gas saved.

Self-Generation Incentive
Program
The new Self-Generation
Incentive Program is designed
primarily for business and large institutional customers. The program provides financial incentives to
customers who install certain kinds and sizes, up to 1.5 megawatt, of
"clean" on-site power generation. We will pay up to 50 percent of the
installed cost of eligible energy systems, including, but not limited to, solar
power systems, fuel cells, and wind turbines.
