Arciero Racing and Forsythe Racing are the proud developers of the Motorplex at Yuba County, a world class, state-of-the-art, year 'round home for racing that will play host to virtually every type of professional and amateur motorsport.

The Yuba County Motorplex, located off Highway 65 in southern Yuba County, will mean over 1,200 new job opportunities and $120 million annually infused into the economy, not to mention the boost to recreational offerings regionwide.  The multi-million dollar investment, with a motor racetrack as its foundation, is on track to begin construction immediately.

The Motorplex at Yuba County will feature:

  • a drag strip. 4,650 feet long with an attached 1.5 mile street circuit
  • the only superspeedway in Northern California, a banked 1.3 mile tri-oval and an integrated 2.1 mile sports car road course as well as an  1.2 mile independent teaching circuit
  • host to championship racing to please every motorsport fan, including CART'S open wheel Champ Cars, NASCAR-type stockers, Top Fuel and Funny Cars from the sport of drag racing, and world class motorcycle racing
  • initial drag strip seating capacity will be 20,000 and the speedway will seat 40,000
  • over 100 racing events held yearly, including six to nine major races
  • six driver training facilities are planned for all types of driving and all types of vehicles from law enforcement to auto and motorcycle racing

The Motorplex at Yuba County is destined to be an economic engine for the region.  Construction jobs along with exceed 2,000, and the facility is expected to have a significant long-term economic impact.  The Motorplex will be among, if not the, largest contributor to local tax revenues.  Additionally, over 70 acres have been set aside for light industrial and commercial use, further enhancing the facility's potential economic impact.
